PRECONSTRUCTION
Axiom believes that engaging in a preconstruction process is vital to the success of your project. Assessing the budgetary parameters and some of the challenges upfront ensures the development of a plan that helps reduce unforeseen costs that can also cause schedule delays.
DESIGN BUILDER
As the Design Builder, we eliminates the need to have a direct relationship with both the architect and engineer. Axiom would be the single authority and would own and manage the design process. This eliminates the tension that can exist between the designer and contractor.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
We can perform as a general contractor as a result
of a competitive bid or a negotiated process. We are associated with several subcontractors who have great reputations for delivering quality work on time and under budget.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT (AGENCY/AT-RISK)
As the Construction Manager, our responsibility is to manage the trades and vendors as we partner with you to determine who will provide the best and most cost-efficient value to you.
